How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery is FREE for all orders! Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed, packaged and dispatched from our warehouses in either USA, UK, Mauritius or Asia. Can I Cancel My Order?

As we are working around the clock to make sure all orders are processed within a relatively short time, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order as our warehouses may have processed and even dispatched your order by then.

What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

In very rare occasions the delivery may take longer than the expected shipping times. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we have no control over. We seek your patience and understanding should this ever happen to you.

Will My Items Come Together?

We strive to only ship completed orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Do not panic if you don’t receive all your items at once, they will reach you all in good time!

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees?

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Jewellery Nest has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Can I Return My Order?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You must also pay for the return shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, please contact us and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please kindly do not return the jewellery back to us without first contacting us at buiselliott606807@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we have received your return. You will be automatically refuneded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

My Item Arrived Damaged!

We do ship every item with extra precaution. Despite this and based on our statistics, around 1 in every 1000 products can arrive damaged due to the unfortunate cases of mishandlement and mistreatment from mail services which is beyond our control.

All products are shipped in protective layering of bubble wrapped envelopes. We hope to offer gift packaging in the future.
